NHS unconcerned by Disabled Access in User Survey

I’ve just received a GP Patient Survey which I have no intention of completing. My local GP surgeries are all inaccessible for wheelchair users and whenever I go for an appointment, I have to leave my wheelchair outside the surgery.  I have never been offered assistance or an alternative entrance so that I can bring my wheelchair inside.  Although I have some limited mobility, having to walk into the surgery  is far from ideal, particularly when illness is impacting upon my condition.

To add insult to injury, the NHS England spend time and money to produce a questionnaire which completely fails to address accessibility issues.  Given that disabled people are probably more likely to use NHS services, I find it absolutely laughable that they would overlook accessibility.

When and if they decide to revise their questionnaire, I’d be happy to contribute my views in order to help them improve their services.
